A CHANGE TO ONLINE GIVING
Update your
recurring giving.
Thank you for supporting the ministry of Christ Fellowship. We’re changing our online giving platform. Your gifts will continue to support our church and its ministry. If you give automatically, follow these three steps to set up your recurring giving on the new platform and cancel it on the previous one.

STEP 01 · YOUR ACCOUNT
Create your giving account.
- Open Christ Fellowship’s new giving page.
- Select Log in or Sign up at the top right. If you already have a Subsplash account, sign in instead of creating another one.
- Follow the prompts to finish signing in or creating your account. Creating an account does not schedule a donation. Return to this guide for step 2.

STEP 02 · YOUR NEXT GIFT
Set up your recurring giving.
- On the new giving page, enter your amount, add or select a payment method, and choose the fund you want to support. Select your campus if asked.
- Choose how often to give instead of One-Time, then choose your first payment date. Check your previous account’s recent and upcoming gifts so you don’t schedule an unintended duplicate.
- Select Continue, review the amount and schedule, and complete the confirmation. Any option to cover processing fees is your choice.
- Confirm that your recurring gift is saved with the amount, frequency, and start date you intended. Then return here for step 3.

STEP 03 · YOUR PREVIOUS PLATFORM
Cancel your previous recurring giving.
Select the platform that currently processes your automatic gifts. If you use both, cancel your recurring giving in each account.
Not sure which platform you use? If you set up your recurring giving at a church kiosk or with Apple Pay, choose SecureGive. If you set it up another way, choose OneChurch. You can check a previous giving email to confirm, or ask our finance team for help. Contact our finance team
Choose your previous giving platform
OneChurch
- Sign in to your Christ Fellowship OneChurch account and open your profile.
- Open Financial, then Schedules. Find each active recurring gift for Christ Fellowship.
- Select the three-dot menu for the schedule, choose Cancel, and confirm. A schedule that has never run may show Delete instead.
- Check that the schedule is canceled. Repeat for any other active schedules.
Keep your previous account for giving history and statements. Cancel the recurring donation, not the account. If a payment is already processing or you need help confirming the cancellation, contact contributions@cfmiami.org.

When both are done, you’re all set.
Once your recurring giving is scheduled on the new giving platform and canceled in your previous platform, your switch is complete.
